These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by email, fax, telephone or by post with RoadRunner-ATV. Please read carefully before placing any order.

All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. All transactions with RoadRunner-ATV will be governed by these terms and conditions.

All references to the "company", "us" or "we" shall refer to RoadRunner-ATV. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the web site shall include reference to all URLs owned by RoadRunner-ATV.

Prices - All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise. It is our policy to offer goods at the most reasonable price possible. However, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.

Orders – RoadRunner-ATV will be pleased to accept orders via our online shop and as part of the ordering procedure you will be able to check your order details prior to the final checkout. All online orders will be sent an email acknowledgment within 2 working days. Working days mean Monday to Friday exclusive of UK Bank holidays/public holidays. All online transactions are paid for via PayPal or Credit/Debit card. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order until we receive confirmation of the payment.

Delivery - Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible, normally within 10-14 working days if ordered from stock or within 8-10 weeks if making a custom order (i.e to be ordered by us from the factory). Within 48 hours of your order you will be contacted with your delivery or collection date. Delivery charges for within the UK are stated on the website when purchasing your RoadRunner-ATV Product; we reserve the right to alter these charges from time to time, and without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated timescales. For deliveries off the UK mainland there will be an additional delivery surcharge. Before signing to receive the goods, please check the item in detail for any damage as you are declaring that you have received the goods in perfect condition. If you find that the item is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours. We cannot be held responsible for any damage after this period. If the item is damaged upon delivery, we will either repair or replace the item in question under our returns policy. Any items that are returned must be in their original packaging.

Cancellation - Outstanding orders can be cancelled until time of dispatch. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failure to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you via email to sales@roadrunner-atv.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have been received by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges – RoadRunner-ATV want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase you make and we aim to offer excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. You can email to sales@roadrunner-atv.co.uk or telephone 01908 378948 quoting your order number, full name and address and we shall then reply to you with details of where and how to return the item. Returned items must be accompanied by your Order number, name and address and must be in the original packaging. Customers should arrange their own return courier. If however RoadRunner-ATV are required to arrange collection and return delivery of an item, the full cost of arranging that service will be deducted from the refund amount. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price excluding original cost of delivery, and if applicable, the cost of return delivery, PDI check, registration of the vehicle, tax if applicable and number plate, within thirty days.

Product - Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the website match as closely as possible to the actual item. Due to technical limitations, some of the colours may vary very slightly.

Warranty - Your RoadRunner-ATV product is covered with a two (2) month limited product warranty from the date of original purchase (or receipt if purchased online). Please retain the sales receipt and your registration data for proof of purchase. A copy of the full warranty can be supplied on request and will be supplied on delivery of your RoadRunner-ATV product.

Distance Selling Regulations - Outstanding orders can be cancelled until time of dispatch. Force Majeure - We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations for reasons such as, but not restricted to: industrial disputes, act of God, riots, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered, the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

Content - Any information displayed on our website, or other printed matter by the company, is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice. All information on our website is updated regularly and may change from time to time, without notice.

Pricing and Print Errors - Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods - All items supplied to the customer remain the property of RoadRunner-ATV until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Complaints - Any complaint can be communicated directly to RoadRunner-ATV via email to sales@roadrunner-atv.co.uk or telephone 01908 378948. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale and keep you informed of any investigation.


IMPORTANT!

Our Quad Bikes are for non-competition on-road use. Use the Quad at your own risk and children must never be allowed to ride these quad bikes. You are responsible for your safety as a user and the safety of others around you.

These ATVs do have safety procedures and routine maintenance checks that need to be carried out regularly. The wearing of safety equipment and proper training is recommended for the user of the Quad bikes and is the responsibility of the owner/purchaser.
